For scanned documents or image-heavy PDFs, OCR is applied automatically. If the result is unsatisfactory, you can enable OCR manually from your account settings to improve accuracy on low-quality scans.
Yes. You can translate a single document into up to 3 languages simultaneously. Select your target languages before uploading. Each language counts as a separate translation and will be billed accordingly.
File size limits depend on your plan: Premium supports files up to 30 MB, Pro up to 120 MB. If your file exceeds your current plan limit, you can upgrade from the pricing page.
By default, your files are kept on our servers so you can review and edit your translation at any time. Free accounts retain files for up to 1 month. Subscribers (Premium and Pro) retain files for up to 1 year. If you prefer no copy to be stored, enable Auto-delete before uploading: your file will be permanently deleted from our servers as soon as you download it.
Premium is a good fit if you translate a few documents per month or work with smaller files (up to 30 MB). Pro is designed for regular use and larger documents, with support for files up to 120 MB and higher monthly credit volumes.
Yes. Credits can be purchased on top of an existing plan, or independently if you prefer a pay-as-you-go approach. A minimum purchase of 2,500 words applies. Volume packages are also available for larger needs. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months.
